Corporate events are what we do best, we should do we get plenty of practise. At the last count we were averaging 5 a day. The secret, there isn’t a secret, its self-evident. Consistency and reliability. No one wants to book a caterer who delivers brilliantly sometimes but not every time, you run a risk that the off day will be your day. We design menus which will stretch us but not to much, for 25 years we have built our business on reliability. Our business is repeat business, over 90% of our business by value in 2014 came from clients who used us in 2103. With figures like that you have to be sure. We check with possibly the most comprehensive customer feedback programme in our industry, The MD calls all new clients asking how their event went. All new clients receive and email which they are incentive to fill in with a donation to charity asking how events went. We publish these results.
